By accessing or using HiringAgent ("the Service") at hiringagent.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HiringAgent is an AI-powered resume screening tool that helps recruiters and hiring teams evaluate candidate resumes against job descriptions. The Service provides match scoring, skill analysis, and structured job description extraction.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure that you have the right to upload and process any resumes or job descriptions you submit.
- Not use the Service to process content containing malicious code, illegal content, or personally identifiable information without consent.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the Service.
4. Free Tier & Paid Plans
The Service offers a free tier with limited usage as well as paid subscription plans for extended access. Usage limits, pricing, and plan features are displayed on the Service and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed via Creem, and by purchasing a plan, you agree to their terms as well.
5. AI-Generated Results
The Service uses AI models to evaluate candidate fit and extract job requirements. These AI-generated scores and analyses are provided as a decision-support tool only and should not be the sole basis for any hiring decision. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or absence of bias in AI-generated results. Users are responsible for their own hiring decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The HiringAgent brand, website, logo, interface design, and all original code are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to the content you process through the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiringAgent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
