Privacy & your data
Resume files are parsed in your browser. We do not upload or store your original resume files.
Extracted text — the plain text we read from your files — is handled by how you are using HiringAgent:
- Signed in: extracted text is stored with the hiring task so you can re-open candidates and re-run scoring without uploading again. It is removed when you delete the task.
- Anonymous: extracted text is not written to our database. It is kept only transiently while the task is active and is discarded with the session.
“Delete task data” above removes the selected task and everything attached to it — extracted text, candidates, evaluations, shortlist, interview plans, agent messages and the analysis job — immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.
